History of the Key Arena

The Key Arena began its history in 1962 and has been known by several names over the years–including the Washington State Pavilion, the Washington State Coliseum and the Seattle Center Coliseum–until its current name was chosen in 1995. This arena has hosted some of entertainment’s most acclaimed talent from some of music’s biggest stars, such as The Beatles, Elvis Presley, Led Zeppelin and Jimi Hendrix.
